• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways

• We do not store or have access to your complete payment details

An order is confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship across India

• Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance only

• Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared where available.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the handmade and unique nature of our products:

• Returns are accepted exclusively within 24 hours of delivery.

• Refunds will be issued only for valid reasons, such as damage incurred during shipping or receipt of the incorrect product.

• Return shipping to be paid by the customer, and they would be refunded for that if the reason for the return is validated as legitimate.
